Booking Conditions (बुकिंग की शर्त)

1. The balance amount has to be deposited 10 days before the booking date, otherwise entry will not be allowed in the wedding venue. The party itself will be responsible for the inconvenience caused due to this.
2. Permission to play mike deck set has to be taken from the police station or collectorate and 5KWA light will be given for DJ.
3. The wedding venue will be given from 9.00 am to 7 am of the next date. It is mandatory to vacate the garden at 7 am.
4. Whatever goods are handled by the party or its representative as per the booking, its receipt will have to be signed and a receipt will have to be obtained on depositing the return.
5. The party itself will clean the inside of the rooms (due to security reasons).
6. The party itself will take care of the safety of its goods at the wedding venue, the manager will not be responsible for it.
7. The party will be responsible for all damage, theft or other loss of the rented goods due to fire, flood, earthquake and bad weather.
8. There will be no cook utensils, tawas, sigdi, cook tools and the list of other items will have to be given 7 days in advance otherwise the manager will not be responsible.
9. If the booking is cancelled after booking, the full booking charge will be levied and the advance will not be refunded under any circumstances.
10. The firm reserves the right to cancel the booking without giving any reason.
11. If the items are taken apart from the booking, rent will be paid to Jaipur Tent Dealers Committee (Regd.) Jaipur as per the prescribed rate list.
12. Security of Rs. 5000 will have to be deposited for getting the utensils cleaned and for collecting the utensils respectively. This will be refunded if the work is done by the party. Otherwise, it will be done by employing labour.
13. Use of Paan stall is prohibited.
